The Study On The Construction Of Agricultural Information Service System In Inner Mongolia

Agriculture informazation , a main part of national economics informazation plays a very important role for traditional agriculture reconstruction and agriculture modernization. Establishment of information service system in rural area is core project of agriculture informazation. Establishment enhancement of agriculture information service system and complete improvement of ability and level of information service are essential demands of complete development promotion of agriculture and rural area and establishment of harmonious society in China.Agriculture and husbandry are very important for development of economy and society and informazation advancement of agriculture and husbandry and perfect information service system for agriculture and husbandry are necessary demands for agriculture and husbandry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In the paper status of information service system has been given a deep investigation and full analysis and the five main limited factors of weak information consciousness in the governments under different levels, poor information promulgation means, lack of information resources of agriculture and husbandry, low level information service group and poor ability of absorption and utilization for farmers are forwarded during the information service system establishment in rural and pasturing area in the Inner Mongolia. Based on comprehensive compare and analysis on information service system at home and abroad, with abundant absorption and use of successful experience, and theory knowledge of information science and management science, combined with development level of agriculture and husbandry and society development status of rural and pasturing area, the information service system in rural and pasturing area in the Inner Mongolia are established. The system having the information flat of unification agriculture and stockbreeding, expedite channel of information exchanging, perfect function and multi manner of information service alter the former line model of information transmitting to increase and extend the content and scope of agriculture and husbandry information service. Finally the author put forward the countermeasure and measure about constructing the Inner Mongolia information service system.
