Spatial And Temporal Differences Of China’s Electromechanical Products Export And Its Export Capacity Analysis

In recent years, China’s electromechanical products export developed rapidly and have become the main force in China commodity export structure, playing a significant role in China’s economic development. This paper mainly studies the differences of electromechanical products export in time and spatial dimension, promoting basic definition of electromechanical products export capacity, then make a research of electromechanical products export capability maturity and at last put forward a number of recommendations to enhance the export capability:On the one hand, make efforts to reduce export spatial and temporal differences; on the other hand, enhance the export capability maturity in order to better improve our electromechanical products export ability.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the literature review related to spatial and temporal differences and export capability maturity so that can explain the origin and basis of article; The second part introduces some basic theory such as the division of labor, comparative advantage and H-O theory, competitive advantage, business competence theory, product life cycle and intra-industry trade theory, intended to illustrate the theoretical basis of research; The third part focuses on the spatial and temporal differences in electromechanical products export, from the perspective of time, this paper selects 2004 to 2013 total annual export value of electromechanical products and other four categories (including machinery and equipment, electrical and electronic products, ships, automobiles and parts) export value to study; From the perspective of space, this paper focuses on the three zones like the east, central and western zones, mainly analyzes differences of electromechanical products exports within three zones and between three zones. The study shows that export of electromechanical products declines steadily on the whole, but has a significant difference between the three major zones, and in the end of this chapter, emphasizing the relationship between spatial and temporal differences in electromechanical products export and export capability maturity; The fourth part describes the basic connotation of electromechanical products export capability and analyzes the export capability maturity, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to find that in the past 10 years, the export capability maturity in China has changed from a strategic level to innovation level; The last part is suggestions making from the perspectives of narrowing time and spatial differences and improving export capability maturity so that can further improve our export ability.
