It is maintained with competitive advantage that electromechanical products production enterprises provide high-quality, low-cost products and service to users and improve customer satisfaction continuously. The key problem carries on the accurate evaluation and effective improvement of products. Usually, the traditional products and service are evaluated by domain experts manually. However, the experts may lack of real user experience, which may make the evaluation not be accepted by the users and decrease the customer satisfaction.With the rapid development of E-commerce, online sales of electromechanical products have been very popular. E-commerce sites generally provide users with online comments function. A large number of users write the evaluation information after buying and using the products, which can reflect the real user experience of the products and provide efficient and objective evaluation information for the electromechanical products assessment. Therefore, this thesis puts forward the method of electromechanical products evaluation based on online comments mining. The proposed method uses online comments data on E-commerce sites as the main information source to evaluate products objectively and truly in order to solve the problem of expert evaluation. The main work of this thesis is listed as follows:(1) It designs the web crawler facing online comments based on determining the source of comments data and analyzing the features of comments data; it gathers the online comments and preprocesses them.(2) It designs evaluation indexes system facing online comments and proposes a method which optimizes the evaluation indexes system based on the user knowledge; it proposes the fuzzy pattern matching template method to identify user evaluation from the online comments according to evaluation indexes system.(3) It constructs products evaluation framework based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; it proposes the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the authentic evaluation result from the unauthentic online comments.(4) It solves the problem that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation lacks of the detail explanation to the evaluation results, proposes fuzzy-cognitive-map-based personalized evaluation for the electromechanical products and recommends the economical and effective alternative indexes to improve the products and the customer satisfaction.The proposed product evaluation method based on online comments expands the breadth and depth of the products evaluation, which has certain theoretical guiding significance for the products evaluation and also has certain practical significance in helping enterprises to enhance the market competitiveness and the user satisfaction of products.
