Today,the world presents a situation of economic globalization and regional economic integration.The whole world is closely linked through the context of the economy,and it leads to the whole body.In this era of both opportunities and challenges,only innovation can promote the continuous development of the enterprises,make an invincible position in the market competition of the fittest,make the enterprises go to the front of the trend of the times,win the fierce market competition,and become the necessary conditions for the enterprise to find the vitality and the way out.The innovation of the enterprise depends on human innovation,and the knowledge that the person possesses is the foundation of innovation.In an organization,many valuable views and knowledge are derived from the tacit knowledge,and the knowledge ability of one is limited.Only among the members of the enterprise,all the members share each other and learn from each other's experience.The tacit knowledge of technology and skills,such as the owners of different knowledge,can rendezvous the knowledge,and can activate the creative thinking of the employees and stimulate the creative behavior of the employees.The sharing of tacit knowledge is that employees provide other employees with their years of work experience and skills,but if they are threatened by other employees,an enterprise with a good organization atmosphere helps employees to improve the possibility of tacit knowledge sharing,and eliminate tacit knowledge in the staff.The hidden danger of mobility between workers will enhance the motivation of employees.At present,most of the influence of tacit knowledge research on employee innovation behavior remains at the organizational level,while there is little research on the relationship between the intention of tacit knowledge sharing and the employee's own innovative behavior from the individual level.Therefore,this study adds the willingness of tacit knowledge sharin g between the organizational atmosphere and the employees' innovative behavior.The intention of sexual knowledge sharing is to construct the model of "organizational climate-tacit knowledge sharing intention-employee innovation behavior",and to explore the influence of organizational climate on the relationship of employees' innovative behavior.This article first is a systematic review and summary of the related concepts,influencing factors and measurement dimensions of the three variables of organizational atmosphere,tacit knowledge sharing intention and employee innovation behavior.Again,the related research on the relationship between their 22 variables is combed and summed up,thus constructing the research proposed in this paper.Study the hypothesis and study the relationship model.In this paper,data samples are collected through questionnaires,electronic questionnaires and interviews with different enterprises,and SPSS 20 is used to analyze the validity of the data samples,and the empirical test is carried out through the correlation analysis and regression analysis.At the same time,there is no intermediary variable in the medium variable effect.The test of the mediating effect.Through theoretical and empirical research,the followin g conclusions are drawn.First,fair atmosphere,innovation atmosphere and communication atmosphere have significant positive correlation to employees' innovation behavior,and friendly relationship atmosphere has no significant positive correlation to employee innovation behavior.Second,organizational climate is positively correlated with the willingness to share tacit knowledge.Third.Willingness to share tacit knowledge plays a mediating role in fair atmosphere,innovation atmosphere,communication atmosphere and employee innovative behavior.Finally,combined with the results of this study and the related theories,some suggestions on enterprise related management practice are proposed at the end of the article.At the same time,the limitations of this study and the direction of future research are put forward.
