In the continuous reform of the financial system, each big bank competition also gradually warming, how to get the key to success in the competition of the industry is currently facing major challenges between banks, dependent on improving the performance appraisal management system can make competition won first prize at the same time, the performance examination system is also fully consistent with the strategy of sustainable development, enterprise in the process of gradually exploring in the profit and loss assessment, risk assessment, asset evaluation and multiple links to establish a performance evaluation management system of interrelated diversion, the establishment of a complete set of performance appraisal system, to make the bank in the economic system reform deeply, bank competition intense today, winning the right to absolute. But at present this to make the existence of the difficulties, such as the allocation of performance appraisal is not reasonable, performance appraisal factors affecting diversification, evaluation index and the actual situation is not appropriate and so on. Therefore, for want of a successful transformation of the bank must check management system for scientific and rational carding, design.In the process of modernization of management philosophy gradually from private enterprises to the state-owned enterprise penetration, performance appraisal management system as the core concept of management philosophy, can help enterprises to achieve the goal, motive force supporting enterprise long-term development. To establish and perfect the evaluation system has been paid more and more attention of enterprises, for the working status of performance appraisal pain staff has been unable to meet the current competition. Establish a sound scientific appraisal management system in the banking industry has been widely concerned, has attracted many scholars.In this paper, for the QDMS bank performance appraisal system is analyzed in this paper and suggestions for improvement. The main structure of this paper is composed of five parts, the introduction is on the research background, the research has significance method, are described, mainly is an introduction to the domestic and foreign bank performance management system. The second part is about the theory and method of performance management, the application of the theoretical principles are elaborated. The third part mainly is the present situation of QDMS bank performance appraisal analysis evaluation and points out the problems now. The fourth part in view of the problems of the third part put forward the improvement and optimization of the place corresponding suggestions of performance appraisal. The fifth part is the full text of the content and purpose of the summary and the refinement. Through analysis and research the preceding five parts, the author mainly is carries on the rational analysis of the current performance appraisal system, and practice in the corresponding improvement opinions, finally get a set of scientific and complete performance appraisal management system.The research direction of the performance appraisal system of QDMS bank is mainly on account of its important role in human resource management, the influence of QDMS in global human resources can not be underestimated. For the performance appraisal of introducing human resource management mainly includes:one is to adopt the dynamic performance evaluation indicators in the performance evaluation of banks, break the pain of performance appraisal index of rigid rules; on the other hand in the performance appraisal index for salary and index compiled by quantitative and qualitative, weight coefficient of combined with the pain of bank performance assessment of development process and obtains a set of complete, scientific, in line with the actual situation, practical management system, combined with the use of performance appraisal theory carries on the detailed analysis of the QDMS bank, provides the theory basis of reference for the development of our state-owned commercial bank performance appraisal, has the important practice significance.
