Along with the reform opening continue thorough, the retail of our country received rapid development.Such as shopping Mall, all kinds of Retail Company compete with other face to face. As for human resource, this kind of competition focuses on how to obtain the excellent manager. Due to the key role of talents in various activities, in a sense, retailing competition is the person’s competition. How to face the challenge, become the competence of every retail company.Since the K shopping center was founded, the method of employee performance appraisal has been relatively simple, performance evaluation of concepts and guide direction are not clear, content is not completed, the process of the implementation of evaluation work of the organization is not strict etc. For this condition, the author took various diagnosis ways of human resources, such as the job practices, material analysis, observe manner, individual talks, the mini-group discussion, to analyze the human resource status of K shopping center. After the author analyzed the weakness of K shopping center human resource management, the pertinent countermeasure to improve the performance assessment system will be offered. In this thesis, first briefly presents some researches on human resource management and performance assessment. Second part amply presents organization structure, performance assessment function of K shopping center. Third part analyzes the problems of K shopping center systematically in performance assessment system. Problems exist in performance assessment system, which indicate the necessity and emergency to improve the human resource management system. Fourth part combines the actual circumstance of K shopping center according to the modern performance assessment management theories, puts forward the holistic way to perfect performance assessment management system of K shopping center, this thesis redesigns the whole system including the managers and the common employees with a specific plan.
