Faced with fierce market competition, corporate managers take active measures to enhance employee engagement, in order to maintain or enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The theory and practice of business management abroad have proved, psychological empowerment and job satisfaction to enhance employee engagement has a certain role.The domestic scholars for research in this area is also less practical experience of business management is still lacking. Based on this, select electronic products, machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, 500 sales staff for the survey, with psychological empowerment as independent variables to employee engagement as the dependent variable, employee job satisfaction as Mediator, explore psychological empowerment, employee job satisfaction, employee engagement relationship between the three, and proposed measures to enhance employee engagement and suggestions from the perspective of psychological empowerment.This article first psychological empowerment, theoretical research staff job satisfaction, employee engagement three were reviewed and in accordance with this research, involving the relevant theories are discussed. Secondly, based on the literature review, according to the study of this paper, propose hypotheses. At the same time, the study design, and describes embodiments. Then, the resulting data for the survey, analysis and processing. This article focuses on the analysis of samples carried out descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity of the questionnaire analysis, demographic characteristics analysis, correlation and regression analysis, and employee job satisfaction was validated intermediary role of research on this article Assuming verified. Finally, the research results are discussed, and based on psychological empowerment perspective, enhance employee engagement proposed countermeasures and suggestions.This study, the main conclusions are as follows :(1)exists between psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, employee engagement three positive correlation between job satisfaction plays a partial mediator.The four dimensions of psychological empowerment work significance, autonomy, self-efficacy and work and work and so influence employee job satisfaction in itself, the four dimensions of the work environment, salary compensation, self-development there was a significant positive correlation.(2)Four dimensions of psychological empowerment, and work influence, autonomy, meaning work on job satisfaction has significant predictive effect; employee job satisfaction in five dimensions, salary compensation, self-development, work environment for employees Engagement has a more significant predictor; four dimensions of psychological empowerment, only the meaning of work can significantly predict employee engagement.(3)From the demographic characteristics, the 31-35-year-old employee, bachelor degree, 6-10 years work experience, the average monthly income in the perception of psychological empowerment of employees and more than 5001 yuan, and job satisfaction, engagement highest relative.(4)Corporate managers should establish a correct understanding of the psychological empowerment, by increasing the perception of the meaning of work employees, expanding its work autonomy, to enhance its influence in the work, and to enhance communication, focusing on collaboration to promote the smooth implementation of psychological empowerment, enhance employee Engagement.
