Individual behavior is the focus of management filed,so individual work engagement question is the hot topic.As the new forces of the company,new staff is the strong power source for enterprise development,therefore,how to improve employees work engagement not only is the focus of academic attention,but also the problem of the enterprise management.According to group characteristics of the new employees and the specific situation,business managers need to take different leadership style to inspire new enthusiasm of new staff and increase their input to work,so as to achieve organizational goals.The paper take new employees for research object who enter an enterprise working for less than three years for the first time,then discusses the leadership style,psychological empowerment how to influence on new employees work engagement.Firstly,through reading the related literature,concepts and dimension degrees about leadership style,psychological empowerment and employees work engagement have been defined clearly;Secondly,propose the research hypothesis based on the relevant fundamental theory and current research status and constructing a theory model of leadership style,psychological empowerment and employees work engagement;Thirdly,select the mature scales of academy,design and modify the survey questionnaire,recycled effective questionnaire 220copies;Lastly,use SPSS19.0 and AMOS23.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the collected data,make management recommendations after analyze the related research conclusions.The study found that: Firstly,transformational leadership and transactional leadership has a positive impact on work engagement of new employees and the three dimension degrees of the work engagement,but laissez-faire leadership has not a obvious significance on new employees work engagement;And transformational leadership has a greater impact on vigor and absorption than transactional leadership,transactionall leadership has a greater impact on dedication.Secondly,transformational leadership and transactional leadership has a positive impact on the four dimension degrees of psychologicalempowerment of the psychological empowerment,but laissez-faire leadership has not a obvious significance on psychological empowerment;And transformational leadership has a greater impact on self-determination,self-competence and impact than transactional leadership,but transactional leadership has a greater impact on meaning.Thirdly,psychological empowerment has a positive impact on new employees work engagement,specifically,meaning self determination,self-competence and impact has a positive impact on vigor,dedication and absorption;Lastly,psychological empowerment has partial mediating effects on transformational leadership(transactional leadership)and new employees work engagement.
