At present, many pharmaceutical companies for R & D personnel often lack effective performance appraisal system, resulting in a small pharmaceutical companies more attractive to R & D personnel, R & D personnel work motivation is low, serious brain drain, therefore, how to help developers improve enough to improve the ability of and how to effectively motivate them to keep more of the enthusiasm and creativity become plagued most of the major pharmaceutical companies the HR issues. The most practical way to solve this problem is to establish an effective performance appraisal system as practical.From the background of starting medical research, combined with current research, the first of China’s domestic performance appraisal theory elaborated, and then analyzes the current situation of China’s pharmaceutical R & D assessment. The status quo of China’s pharmaceutical research and development combined with the assessment, but also for the pharmaceutical R & D personnel performance appraisal problems in-depth analysis, and then put forward the issue of China’s pharmaceutical R & D staff assessment appropriate countermeasures. Finally use T pharmaceutical companies as an example, introduced the pharmaceutical companies to optimize design performance appraisal system, designed to optimize the domestic pharmaceutical companies related to performance appraisal system provides some theoretical lessons.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction, describes the research background, purpose and significance, research status, research ideas and methods and possible innovation.The second part is related to the theoretical basis of performance appraisal, introduced definition for performance evaluation, advantages and disadvantages of using the now popular method of performance appraisal.The third part is the pharmaceutical R & D personnel performance appraisal problems and countermeasures. Problems come Situation pharmaceutical R & D personnel performance evaluation through questionnaires and make some corresponding countermeasures draw conclusions relevant to the investigation, and also describes the status of R & D personnel and medical characteristics of drug development companies on the conclusions of the previous literature.The fourth part by the case of T pharmaceutical company R & D staff performance appraisal system analysis, according to T pharmaceutical R & D personnel performance appraisal system problems using a variety of performance appraisal methods and PDCA principles to optimize the design of the existing system, and effectiveness evaluation.The fifth part of the research findings and outlook, the research results of this paper gives a brief summary of the shortcomings and future research work and notes the need for the present study has been described.
