Under the background of rapid economic development in China,the development of manufacturing enterprises has both opportunities and great challenges.If enterprises want to stand in the competition,they must strengthen the management of talents.Among them,performance management is the management of the initiative and enthusiasm of talent work.Only effective management of talent can promote talent to create value for enterprises and constantly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.J Company is an enterprise engaged in research and development,manufacturing and marketing management of police equipment.The company is experiencing sales performance bottlenecks.Based on this,this paper designs an effective performance appraisal system for the company's marketing staff,which has a strong practical significance in improving the management level of J company and enhancing the market competitiveness of J company.Guided by the theory of performance appraisal,this paper obtains the first-hand information through literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,and applies qualitative and quantitative methods to study the performance appraisal system of J company's marketing personnel,analyzes the status quo of J company's marketing personnel performance appraisal,and finds out the current situation.Marketing personnel performance appraisal problems;to solve the problem-oriented,for the optimization of the performance appraisal program design: first,determine the performance appraisal to undertake the development strategy of the enterprise,publicize the staff,determine the program ideas and principles,draw a strategic map,and then the responsibility of marketing posts and Appraisal Characteristics Then,the index system is optimized from three aspects: performance,ability and attitude.On the basis of index optimization design,the index standard,weight and assessment subjects are determined.Finally,from the performance communication and guidance,performance appraisal feedback,performance appraisal results of the application of three aspects of the performance appraisal key points.According to the actual situation of J company,this paper establishes the guarantee measures of performance appraisal method from the aspects of organization construction,system and culture,so as to ensure the implementation of performance appraisal work,which is conducive to the long-term development of J company.
