Salary is the monetary and non-monetary return obtained by employees after creating value,the main source of employee's life and the important content of enterprise human resource management.Scientific and reasonable salary system can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,but also help the construction of enterprise team.It is necessary to construct a set of salary system suitable for the actual situation of enterprises and has important practical significance.This paper first combs the current compensation system of Fujian Huitian Pharmaceutical Company,and then analyzes the problems existing in the compensation system through interviews and questionnaires,and thinks that the company has the problems of unreasonable salary structure,lack of competitiveness of salary level and lack of strategy of salary management.Then,according to the existing problems,using the relevant theory of salary management,combining the factor scoring method and the post scoring method,the basic salary in the salary system is optimized according to the rank,and then the salary structure is adjusted.On this basis,the performance-oriented compensation system is established,and the salary level of production personnel is optimized.Most In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary system optimization scheme,this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures.The results of this paper optimize and perfect the salary system of Fujian Huitian Pharmaceutical Company,so as to help Fujian Huitian Pharmaceutical Company reduce the loss of production personnel and arouse the enthusiasm of production personnel.Improve the satisfaction of production staff to improve the overall production efficiency,for the development of enterprises to improve the driving force.At the same time,the salary system optimization scheme proposed in this paper also provides some reference significance and reference value for the same type of pharmaceutical production enterprises.
