Insurance is an important part of the financial sector in promoting the healthy development of China’s financial market, improve the financial system plays an important role. How to build for the insurance companies in this situation a set of practical performance appraisal system, to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, in order to achieve long-term development, it has become an urgent problem. PICC is a large state-owned insurance company in China’s insurance market has an important position, and therefore its research with industry representatives significance.This paper is divided into six parts, the first part of the paper introduction, we introduced the research background, significance and major research methods overview summarizes the main research point of view of domestic and foreign scholars.
