As an essential component of the financial system,insurance remains a rapid development and the market scale expands fastly.However,with substantial mainstays and fierce competition of the insurance market,the salesperson,as the leading role,have the great impact on the insurance corporations.For this industry,stability of a sale team is bound with the economic performance,therefore the competion for the salesperson becomes the spotlight.It is a vital subject for all companies to carry on an effective performance management and to offer incentives for sustaining competitive edge.The salesperson performance assessment of Hunan Branch of Minan insurance company,assessment target was improperly,failing to achieve a positive stimulus,to be more precise: wrong index,insufficient consideration with execution,mistaken assesment method procedure,lack of community and feedback.In this way,estabilishing a new salesperson assesment system is important.It should be based on the egalitarian,clear standard,qualitative analysis combined with quantitive analysis and feasibility and practicability.In addition,it is supposed to build a multi-index assesment on a scorecard system,premium rate,premium income growth,Two rate,Surrender rate,underlying rate of inspection,claims,attendance checking,training,etc.Corporations should change development philosophy and instable labor relationship rule,apply salary administration in accordence with assesment,career plan and EAP project.For addressing the high flowablity and low quality of the sales team,the new assesment management inspire the initiative of studying and working,improve the comprehensive ability and remain a stable development,also the company could obtain a sustainable development and become a role modle of the other companies.
