With the rapid development of e-commerce,when people bring bento to eat at the company,food and beverage industry is quietly rising.There have been many Internet delivery platform in the market.China's catering industry started out much later than abroad,many aspects are not perfect.Delivery platform uses subsidies to keep consumers and plunders the land of catering industry,which lead to serious competition.Coupled with Black workshops appear frequently,which make consumers dismayed.The most important problem about the development of the catering industry is food safety and taste level.The catering industry focus on customer experience,if it uses bad food to cook for consumers,the safeguard consumers cannot get.The result is consumers abandon take-out food and development of catering industry will be hindered and there is no any consumer.For food safety and taste level of take-out food,we must take steps to let catering businesses improve their food safety and taste level.We will design a contract that can spare cost of food safety and taste level for catering business and catering platform will get some money from catering business to maximize the profit under the whole supply chain.So we design this contact called sharing cost and share income and analysis it.And further analysis two level supply chain with risk-averse between catering industry and catering platform,and comparing it with risk-neutral supply chain.Research shows that it has higher taste and quality level and lower price at the same time.
