Existing Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of New-type Urbanization In Taobei District,Baicheng City

The new-type urbanization is the important strategic deployment of the party and the country.It's the only way to realize modernization.It's of great ractical significance to promote the economic transformation and upgrading,realize the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,deepen the integration of the four modernizations and promote the overall progress of society.Some attempts have been made in Taobei district,Baicheng city in the process of building the new-type urbanization,but there were some problems need to be solved in some aspects.In this paper,I will analyse that causes of these problems from the national macro policy,geographical economic base,development orientation and the support capability of local finance,through combine the uccessful construction experience in developed regions.Then,I put forward some concrete suggestions from the four aspects of the deeply development of economic,the systematic planning,promoting the construction as a whole and enhancing support capability.I hope my suggestions can provide theoretical reference for the new-type urbanization and economic development of Taobei district,Baicheng city.
