Research On Construction Of The New-Type Urbanization In The Concept Of Shared Development

When exploring the process of urban construction,The communist party of China adhere to combined the basic principle of Marxism about town and residential construction with China's actual and era characteristics,summarizes the domestic and western countries experience and lessons for the construction of industrialization and urbanization,abandon the traditional urbanization-path where the extensive development,blind expansion,destroyed ecology appeared.With the five New Concept of Developing,the New-Type Urbanization is moving forward along the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics.Shared development is an important developing concept in our country,providing scientific guidance to promote construction of the New-Type Urbanization,benefiting to solve in the process of urbanization growing imbalance in the development of peasant,and a half citizenization,ecological destruction.This paper,from the angle of view of the concept of Shared development,aims at solving the problems in the process of urbanization in China,and illustrates the new Shared by the "who" in the process of urbanization development(what are the main body of Shared development),Shared development "what"(share what kind of development),Shared development of urbanization in the new path(how to realize the sharing development).The connotation of the new urbanization analysis consists of three dimensions:the agricultural population and urban residents share public service and citizen rights;Medium cities and between urban and rural are as share resources and developing opportunities;Contemporary and the next generation share the historical culture and green ecological.How to Share development of New-Type Urbanization?This paper focuses on solving this problem,the basic conclusion is that the Shared development of urbanization should choose the road suitable for the real situation,promote equal basic public services,quicken the urbanization of agricultural population,balance urban and rural integration to boost the transformation of urbanization,build urban ecological civilization,inheritance and continuation of the urban context,put the outstanding historical culture and local characteristics,ethnic customs into all aspects of urban construction.
