For companies, it is the execution more or less in business processes to achieve business objectives. Therefore, it is the efficiency of business process execution, result and cooperation that determine the development of enterprises largely. Although it’s only one part of the overall business process of the enterprise, purchasing and production supply chain play an important role on the delivery of business orders and delivery costs. Business processes of the unified supply chain being integrated by optimization analysis and integration design on the purchasing and production supply chain have a larger effect on promoting enterprise competitiveness.This paper centered around the integration research of purchasing and production supply chain based on informationization. The reason based on informationization is that integration scheme of supply chain must use modern information technology to get. Only with information technology, can the integration scheme be truly implemented to the actual business operations. So the promotion of enterprise management level cannot do without the modern information technology. Information technology is not only the tools to achieve process integration, but also to create the value.This paper relying on the information technology, basing on the current situation of supply chain management, making the manufacturing activity management as the main clue, centering on the organization of production logistics, carried on the analysis, optimization and integration design of purchasing and production supply chain. The thesis made a systematic study of improving the manufacturing management level of enterprise, also took a solid step for the construction of unified service platform of enterprise information system at the same time.Manufacturing management operation processes actually contain three sections: production planning, purchasing management and production management. So the integration of purchasing and production in supply chain is the overall business processes integration of production planning, purchasing management and production management. This paper analyzed the respective problems, optimized related business process for the business demand and accordingly designed the integration scheme which consists of the adjustment of basic management structure, the integration and design of general business process, the design and improvement of implementation institution. At the same time, the paper achieved the informatization realize of integration scheme, which covered the improvement of network topology, the setting of system organizational structure, the integrating of information system and the basic data modeling of system to eventually formed a unified service platform for supply chain management.The accomplishment of supply chain integration scheme and the construction of supply chain management platform played a great role in promoting operation status of enterprise general business process and execution effects of business process. This paper made a comprehensive analysis from the transmission of information flow and the utilization rate of production resources, and made a comparative analysis in many aspects such as accuracy rate of purchasing order, accuracy rate of purchasing plan, timely rate of supplier delivery, accuracy rate of production plan execution, qualification rate of product assembly. In order to make the effect of supply chain platform more significant, the paper gave some comprehensive and insightful suggestions on company staff training, professional staff allocation, the continuous optimization of process and the promotion of system resource.According to the integration study of purchasing and production supply chain based on informatization in M company, the paper fully shows that the integration and collaboration of purchasing and production supply chain can effectively enhance the manufacturing management level, and promote enterprise competitiveness eventually. The realization of enterprise information system provides the reliable foundation of management and technology in order to obtain core competence for company. Information system platform is also in development, it will play a bigger role on a bigger range and a deeper level according to the company specific circumstances.
