The management of supply chain has been widely used by domestic and foreign enterprises, which promotes and accelerates the integration and co-development of enterprises, and relying on advanced information technology directs the construction and development of informatization.HJ Group Co., ltd, as a large national backbone enterprise of sea salt production, deeply understands the importance of informatization to its long-term development. This paper discusses the scheme starting from supply chain. First, this paper studies the domestic development situation, and deeply analyzes the enterprise itself, then makes on-the-spot investigation on business process of its subsidiary companies, clarifies, unifies and standardizes the business process, optimizes the difficulties, and improves new business, thus forms the process system of combination of concept of supply chain management and business practice. Based on this, this paper plans function module of informatization for supply chain management, and combined with the experience of project management and the implementation of the large software, it puts forward guarantee measures. The study has important practical significance to large state-owned enterprise. At the same time, it also can be used as a reference of informatization construction for other enterprises.Based on the analysis and rational abstract of the application software elements, this paper adopts model driven and service-oriented thinking, modeling software elements and the relationships between each other.
