In the era of knowledge economy, as the creators of corporate and valuable resources, managers increasingly have paid more attention to employees.Whether the Organization Justice and the behavior of leadership will affect Job Performance of employees.Whether it will affect the work goes well. Therefore, it’s meaningful to explore the relationship between leadership behavior and Job Performance among enterprises, it will help a lot to the development of enterprises. This thesis uses employees as proxy, by introducing Organization Justice as a manipulated variable,we investigate the relationship between job Performance and the dimensions of Transactional Leadership(including Contingent Reward and Management By Exception)and Organization Justice lead a regulating effect in this correlation.By reviewing passed literature, I read the theories of Organization Justice, Transactional Leadership and Job Performance, on this basis,I put forward the research ideas and model. This study includes 314 samples of different sex, educational background, age, period of work, work category, position level, a questionnaire survey was conducted about their Organization Justice, Transactional Leadership and Job Performance. Then by using AMOS 20.0 and SPSS 18.0 to analysis the collected data and research on the assumptions made in thesis. We draw the conclusion of this study finally and provide relevant suggestions to the administration management practice. The results of this study show that:(1)The Transactional Leadership, which employees perceive in China’s enterprise, can be measured by two dimensions including Contingent Reward and Management By Exception. And Management By Exception is the most factor which affect Transactional Leadership.(2) Transactional Leadership and Job Performance show significant positive correlation. Management By Exception and Job Performance show significant positive correlation, the same to Contingent Reward, even has greater influence.(3) Transactional Leadership, together with its dimensions, and Organization Justice show significant positive correlation. And Organization Justice and Job Performance show significant positive correlation.(4)Organization Justice is a moderator of the relation between Transactional Leadership and Job Performance; Organization Justice is a moderator of the relation between Contingent Reward and Job Performance; Organization Justice is a moderator of the relation between Management By Exception and Job Performance.
