The Correlation Analysis Between Human Capital Investment And Peasant Household’s Income Increasing

Our country is a agricultural country.In our country there are 1.3 billion population,and nearly 700 million in the countryside,and rural economic development and farmers’ income growth has extremely close relation.China’s mainly problem is farmers problems, and the peasant problem in China mainly for increasing farmers’ income is difficult. The problem of the gap between urban and rural areas、social contradiction aggravated is very serious,and the important reason is because increasing farmers’ income is very hard.According to the relevant statistical data analysis,at present, China’s urban and rural residents income ratio is bigger than 3:1.This income gap is not common in the rest of the world,if not properly handled,it maybe cause social unrest and political instability, such as a serious political problem.Now, our country rural area in the aspects of education, training and health investment drought,cause the rural human capital stock were not adapted to the requirements of the new rural construction in our country.By the same time, the limited rural human capital can not effective use in the countryside,so flow to the city,caused the loss of rural labor force.This change serious influence the development of rural economy in our country at the same time also brings a series of social problems.such as "hollow village", left-behind children and so on.Now, we all facing a bottleneck of increasing farmers’ income,this is the farmers’ low level of education culture, rural health investment is insufficient, and rural labor surplus and so on.These problems caused the rural human capital accumulation is too little,rural economy can not make full development of,the farmers’ income increase difficulty.Don’t eliminate the bottleneck, any effort is likely to be the wasted effort.And if once break through this bottleneck,we can through effective method to increase farmers’ income,and agricultural economy will fully developed, and agricultural modernization and urbanization will follow, so we can get twice the result with half the effort.Therefore, this paper combined with the practice of our country urban and rural economic development,starting from the actual situation in rural areas in China,mainly tells the story of the rural human capital influence the theoretical basis of farmers’ income and the mechanism of action.And make the empirical analysis between the national rural human capital and farmers’ income.First of all, this article talked about the basic theory of China’s rural human capital and farmers’ income,Then tells the story of the rural human capital is by what way influence the farmers’ income in our country、which aspects of the human capital will affect farmers’ income.Then, from the analysis of the present situation of the peasant’s human capital and income,make the empirical analysis between rural human capital influence on farmers’ income.and a Granger causality test was carried out,test results verified the rural human capital and the relationship between farmers’ income.Finally, put forward some suggestions to increase farmers’ income in our country from the Angle of human capital Angle.Through a series of research concluded that the thesis of this paper:rural human capital investment in China has distinct effect on the farmers’ income, if want to increase farmers’ income in our country, the premise condition is to increase human capital investment of rural farmers and improve the average level of human capital of rural farmers...
