Then, with the basic knowledge of EAM system as the theoretical guidance, according to the present actual equipment management situation of Shantui Construction Machinery co., Ltd, through in-depth analysis of the demand research, determined the business process of the company for production equipment management. After clear EAM system demand in Shantui Construction Machinery co., Ltd, project group carry on the detailed design, system development, debugging, running on-line work.EAM system of Shantui Construction Machinery co., Ltd consists of nine functional modules:project management, asset management, measurement management, materials and spare parts management, maintenance and repair, fault management, contract management, equipment operation rate, operation management and three auxiliary modules:analysis report, system management and early warning information. Each module contains a sub inside, used to achieve specific functions.
