Research On Production Process Reengineering Of Offshore Jack Up Drilling Platform Leg Of Z Company

Z Co.Ltd.was founded in 2007,Belonging to TSC Ocean Group,It is a production enterprise based on the production of jack-up drilling platform.The company's main products are platform hull lifting drive system,platform locking device,spud leg rack and other high parameter cog-wheel gearing,etc.The spud leg is an important part of the jack-up platform.However,there are some problems in the production process of the spud leg,such as unreasonable production organization structure,imperfect production management system and nonstandard operation process,These problems have seriously affected the production of Z Co.Ltd.'s spud legs,and restricted the development of the company.On the basis of collecting and arranging a large amount of documents and materials,this paper takes the process reengineering as the theoretical basis,Based on the successful practice of process optimization at home and abroad,will systematically study the optimization strategy of drilling platform spud leg production process of Z petroleum equipment company.First of all,through the analysis of project management status of Z petroleum equipment company,this paper reveals the problems existing in the production process of the spud leg of the company's oil drilling platform.Secondly,based on the optimization of the spud leg production process,optimizing the Z Co.Ltd.'s spud leg production organization structure and management system.Then,aiming at the problems in the production process,optimizing the processes such as the spot production layout,equipment operation,production operation and man-hour quota,putting forward Z Co.Ltd.'s drilling platform spud leg production process reengineering scheme.Finally,through the system guarantee,production organization structure optimization of safeguard measures and implementation strategies of production process optimization of Z petroleum equipment company,providing optimization measures of spud leg equipment production process of Z Co.Ltd.oil drilling platform.The features and innovations:1.Based on the idea of optimizing the spud leg package production process,the optimal design scheme of organization structure and management system of the Z Co.Ltd.'s spud leg production is proposed;2.This paper puts forward the spot production layout reengineering plan and the production process redesign plan of Z Co.Ltd.'s spud leg;3.Through the comparative analysis of the reconstruction plan,the implementation strategy of drilling platform production process optimization of Z petroleum equipment company is provided.This study not only providing a set of operational optimization design scheme and implementation measures for the spud leg production process of drilling platform of Z petroleum equipment company,and providing the basis of the theoretical analysis and approach for the optimization of production process of similar enterprises.
