The Research On Rural Residents’ Consumption Structure In Hebei Province

The current economy enters the new normal, traditional mode of economic development is unsustainable. Accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development and highlight the consumption of the economy in stimulating is imminent. Under the background of urbanization, rural consumption has huge potential, how to optimize the rural consumption structure, play a better consumption multiplier effect, become the focus of academic research. In hebei province for a long time, the necessity of rural residents consumption has been higher, spending to stimulate economic effect is not obvious. The purpose of this study was based on researching the rural residents’ consumption structure in hebei province, find out the influencing factors of rural residents’ consumption structure, optimize the consumption structure is put forward, for better play to provide beneficial reference to consumption driven economic role.Based on the available data and the yearbook on political economics, econometrics and consumer economics and other related disciplines to sort out the typical survey, sampling method are combined, the structural development of the rural consumer in Hebei Province to conduct a comprehensive in-depth research.Sof Rural Residents in Hebei Province, Hebei Province, found that rural residents’ consumption expenditure proportion of income is too large, high Engel coefficient of rural residents living type high consumption and other issues.The influencing factors of rural residents’ consumption structure in Hebei province can be divided into economic and non-economic factors. Economic factors is mainly income level; Non-economic factors include consumption environment, consumption idea, family type, cultural level and the pension system. Using the grey correlation analysis method, it is concluded that income level with food, clothing, housing, household, medical care, transportation, Education and entertainment and other service correlation coefficients were 0.79, 0.77, 0.78, 0.80, 0.84, 0.88, 0.84, 0.88, all belong to the high correlation. Rural infrastructure backwardness, consumption idea lag, the residents’ cultural level is low and the pension system is not perfect make consumption level is low, the structure is not reasonable.Based on statistical data and the results of field survey analysis, put forward to improve the rural residents income, optimize the industrial structure and product structure, strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure, optimizing consumption environment, to strengthen rural residents consumption concept of science, strengthen the consciousness of rural social endowment insurance of countermeasures and Suggestions.
