Research On Factors Affecting The Dynamic Evolutionary Path Of Supply Chain Innovation

Since the 21st century, with the accelerating process of global integration, companies with limited resources alone is difficult to play their own competitive advantage, In order to adapt to the new round of competition, companies began to change the mode of development and look for partners and look forward to sharing all kinds of resources through partnerships sharing resources, thereby reducing operational costs alone for additional profit. Meanwhile, although there may be no gap in the products and services between companies because of a product tends to be completed by all companies between a supply chain complement each other, so the current competition is not just competition among companies, and has evolved into a competition among the supply chains, the traditional supply chain management methods have been unable to adapt to the new competitive situation, supply chain innovation is on the agenda. The supply chain innovation of this study, mainly refers to R & D collaboration in the supply chain including vertical cooperation innovation in single chain, as well as horizontal cooperation innovation among supply chains.Based on the summarizing the theory and concepts of supply chain innovation evolution to build the questionnaires of dynamic evolution of the supply chain innovation path theoretical framework, using evolutionary game analysis method to influence the evolution the questionnaires of dynamic evolution of the supply chain innovation path factors were analyzed, and through matlab7.0 software example verification count. According to previous studies This paper extracts five primary index factors that affect the questionnaires of dynamic evolution of the supply chain innovation path, each include the four primary index secondary index factors. Bases on the extracting the index factor to design the questionnaires of dynamic evolution of the supply chain innovation path. From five aspects,include supply chain innovation motivation, innovation conditions, the choice of supply chain innovation cooperative partner and designing supply chain innovation mechanism and performance evaluation analyzes the theoretical framework.The fourth part is the supply chain innovation path evolutionary game analysis. Frist summarizing the influence factors of supply chain innovation from the predecessors, constructing the index system for supply chain innovation evolution path preliminarily, optimizing the index system according to the interview results, giving a variable assignment of all the indexes of the evolutionary game model, and analying of each index of supply chain innovation evolution path, and using of the matlab7.0 software to examples show the results of game theory;The fifth part is an empirical analysis of the dynamic evolution of the supply chain innovation path. Based on stating questionnaire survey procedure, using EXCEL2010 and statistical analysis software SPSS20.0 to analyze the factors basic situation of the sample, cooperation of supply chain, cooperation innovation.measures existing supply chain innovation,The sixth part is the problems and countermeasures existing supply chain innovation.Respectively from seven aspects, discussing the existing problems in the process of supply chain innovation, and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.The seventh part is conclusion and outlook.
