Based On China’s Institutional Situation Explore The Construction Of Start-ups Entrepreneurial Network

Entrepreneurial network has become one of the frontier in the field of entrepreneurial strategies and entrepreneurial practice research. As the advance and development of strategic system view and study on the theory of institutional entrepreneurship, the analysis of entrepreneurial activity from external institutional environment has received more attention from scholars at home and abroad. Systems are considered to be effective theory to explain company strategy, especially to the transition economies which economic, social and cultural systems are imperfect.This article, through reviewing relative theories of building entrepreneurial networks and entrepreneurial systems situation, discovered that the existing research little clearly mentioned the building research of entrepreneurial networks in a complex transition situations.China is a typical transition economy. Compared with western countries, the imperfect systems offer more rent-seeking opportunities to entrepreneurs. Enterprises usually take a shortcut through seeking informal asylum. This results that relation-type trading is more prominent, more typical and more research value in the field of Chinese entrepreneurship research.Under the Chinese institutional situation, how to build a network that satisfies the entrepreneurs needs has a great practical significance to venture enterprise. Based on this, this paper explores the construction of start-ups entrepreneurial network under Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation in the basis of entrepreneurial network building and Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation research.The research contents and methods are as follows:the first chapter is introduction, mainly explains the research background, value contents, methods, innovations of the article.The second chapter is a literature review of entrepreneurial network building theory and Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation theory. Based on this, establish the research topic of this article.The third chapter, defines the variable of Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation and entrepreneurial network separately on the basis of dividing dimensions; proposes research hypotheses of the effect Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation to entrepreneurial network building; constructs study models; designs a questionnaire of investigation and collects the relative data.The forth chapter uses samples statisticalanalysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the research hypotheses and analyze empirical results.The fifth chapter, according to the empirical analysis of the construction of start-ups entrepreneurial network in Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation, summarizes ways of improving entrepreneurial institutional situation to promote entrepreneurial network.The sixth chapter is the conclusion, deficiencies and outlook of this paper.Themainconclusionsofthepaper are as follows:based on theoreticalanalyses, compared with the results of empirical analysis, summarize the characteristics of Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation;verify the different effect of Chinese-institutional-situation’s three dimensions to building entrepreneurial network.induct the ways of building entrepreneurial network under Chinese institutional situation in two steps:the supporting way of Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation to building entrepreneurial network and the layer-building way of entrepreneurial network on the basis of Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation.Through the summary and conclusion of building entrepreneurial network under Chinese entrepreneurial institutional situation, hope to build research plays a certain reference significance following a China context of entrepreneurial network.
