Study On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Network Competence On International Entrepreneurial Commitment

Based on the research of international entrepreneurship commitment and summarized from the international entrepreneurial commitment theory,commitment theory,executive commitment theory and network construction theory,organizational commitment theory,put forward to the entrepreneur network capacity,recognition effect,entrepreneurial opportunity entrepreneurial passion and commitment to international entrepreneurship basic theory model of research variables.First of all,this research has been on international entrepreneurial commitment was summarized,based on the obtained from international entrepreneurial commitment connotation and structure,and then puts forward the research structure of this paper;secondly,defines the concept of the study variables and components;thirdly,based on the connotation and structure of the variable.Study on the influence of international entrepreneurial commitment antecedent variables and mediating variables: entrepreneur network capacity and international entrepreneurial opportunity recognition effect,and regulation of entrepreneurial passion between prepositive variables and mediating variables are also studied,and put forward 5 main assumptions and 10 assumptions;then,based on the questionnaire of 162 entrepreneurs on the empirical test;finally,the results were analyzed,and the conclusion of this paper.The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurs positively network capacity and international entrepreneurial opportunity recognition effect,network capacity and international entrepreneurial commitment relationship;practice of international entrepreneurial opportunity recognition effect in the spirit of commitment and executive commitment and positively related to profit only and the executive commitment positive correlation;international entrepreneurial opportunity recognition effect intermediary role between the network capacity and commitment to international entrepreneurship;entrepreneurial passion plays a regulatory role between network capacity and international entrepreneurial opportunity recognition effect.There are three innovations in this paper: first,this paper mainly studies the entrepreneurs of the new venture,and divides the components of the network ability of the entrepreneurs,so as to develop the network ability of entrepreneurs.Second,in the international business background,this paper studies the relationship between international entrepreneurial opportunity recognition effect China international entrepreneurs between network competence and commitment ability of international companies in the role for the empirical research,the development of entrepreneurship research in the international environment and.Third,the new venture as the research target,from the international entrepreneurial commitment theory to study what variables of entrepreneurs on the impact of corporate image and participation,in order to make the results of this study to promote the breeding and change with the direction and operation of new enterprises in the international environment.
