Hui zhishang trading company is a typical representative of small and medium business enterprises, by the existing capital and management conditions, constraints, talent attraction and employee motivation on respect, there are some problems largely restricted the company’s development.This paper examines Hui zhishang trading company’s employee incentive system, and employee incentive system optimization to attract and retain talent, creating a highly efficient and stable staff team, achieving the company’s sustainable development. Paper is divided into the following sections:Chapter 1.It describes the background and significance of employee incentive system, the current status of relevant research at home and abroad.
