In the era of knowledge economy,the competition between enterprises is essentially the competition of talents,especially the competition of core employees.How to put the core staff in the priority of enterprise resources,and reasonably develop and utilize them,is a subject that modern enterprise management must face.The object of this study is Yongzhou A Company,which is a comprehensive electronic technology enterprise integrating the research and development,production and sales of electronic components.It requires high quality of core employees.After obtaining high quality core employees,the company how to stimulate and develop the work potential of core employees and enhance their loyalty to the company.Honesty and sense of belonging and reducing employee turnover rate are the urgent issues for the company leaders.This study takes "theoretical framework-Case Analysis-countermeasures and suggestions-implementation guarantee" as the research idea,and Herzberg's two-factor theory as the guidance,through the study of the core staff incentive status of A company,and puts forward targeted solutions,in order to help A company to improve the level of core staff incentives.Firstly,this study elaborates on the specific research background,purpose and significance,combs the research results on employee motivation at home and abroad,and explains the thinking framework and research methods adopted by the research institute.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the department,gender,age,educational background,job position and working life,the paper investigates the core employees' satisfaction with the current incentive mechanism from two dimensions of health care and incentive factors,and refines the existing problems.Thirdly,under the guidance of Herzberg's two-factor theory,and according to the existing specific problems,the paper puts forward targeted solutions.It holds that in health care,efforts can be made from the perspectives of improving the management level of enterprises,increasing the operational efficiency of enterprises,and reducing the dissatisfaction of core employees with enterprises;in incentives,efforts should be made to fully stimulate core staff.The aim of the work is to promote the synchronous growth of the core staff and the company and optimize the design.Fourthly,the real-time implementation of the optimized incentive scheme provides specific supporting measures and specific safeguards.It is believed that the new scheme needs to be improved on the basis of the establishment of the promotion group,and the concrete guarantee should be provided from the angle of strategy,management and culture.The last part is a systematic summary of this research,pointing out the shortcomings and future research directions.At present,there are not many incentive studies based on the two-factortheory in China.This study effectively enriches the domestic research results on incentive,in order to provide policy recommendations for A company to improve the incentive level of core employees,but also provide a case for other enterprises to reform the incentive mechanism.
