Financial Security Strategy Of Shandong Province Under Globalization

Along with the deepening of economic globalization, countries in the world financial markets more closely linked. Financial security is the core of the economic security, maintaining good financial order, and create a secure financial environment is the key to economic development at this stage. Shandong province as an important economic province,the total economy and the degree of financial development of the east of coast are among the highest in the country.This paper reviews the literature related to financial security at home and abroad, for the financial security and related concepts defined outlines principles to build financial security evaluation system, the application of the model as well as concrete steps to build KLR signal evaluation system based on law. Secondly,two aspects of economic operation and development of the financial industry, the overall analysis of the financial security of Shandong province.Then, based on the KLR signal method, according to the index selection, interval setting, data processing, empowerment indicators, comprehensive evaluation of the order, to build financial security evaluation index system in Shandong province. Finally, using the index system of financial security for Shandong province overall evaluation and analysis.The results of the study show that, in the 2004-2013 years of Shandong province financial security in a relatively stable stage, and showing a trend of healthy development. Context of globalization, how to further improve the financial security of Shandong province, to promote the steady and sustained economic development, made the following recommendations: we should guarantee a stable macroeconomic environment and to build a sound financial regulatory system, establish and improve the People’s Bank credit system, the establishment of Blue Financial Services system, reducing the risk of the banking sector and so on.
