With the globalization of economy, the environment of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang province is constantly changing and the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce so that enterprises must improve the innovation ability to maintain competitive advantages. At present, the enterprise innovation model has shifted from linear to network and the process of innovation is becoming more and more complex. Therefore, high-tech enterprises are very difficult to rely on themselves for a single innovation. Under such circumstances, enterprises need to rely on innovation network and make use of the effective knowledge from the network to increase the success rate of innovation and improve the innovation performance. In addition, the globalization of innovation network provides a good opportunity for high-tech enterprises of Zhejiang province to improve organizational learning capability. If the enterprise lack organizational learning capability, the innovation model is difficult to transform and develop from imitation innovation to independent innovation so that enterprises are difficult to form a competitive advantage in the industry. Therefore, how to learn through organizational learning for high-tech enterprises, making innovation network affect on innovation performance more effectively has been becoming the current research hotspot, which, meanwhile, is also a major strategic issue faced by high-tech enterprise of Zhejiang province to carry on the transformation and upgrading.This research based on the 228 high-tech enterprises of Zhejiang province, mainly study effect mechanism of innovation network and organizational learning on the innovation performance. On the basis of forefathers’ research, this paper has established the "innovation network-organizational learning-innovation performance" model and the related hypotheses are verified by the empirical analysis. Research shows that the innovation network scale of enterprises, network centrality can directly promote enterprise innovation performance, knowledge acquisition and the use of knowledge can also directly promote enterprise innovation performance and innovation network scale, the strength of network and network centrality can promote the innovation performance of enterprises through knowledge acquisition and the use of knowledge indirectly, which shows that organizational learning has a partially intermediary effect for innovation network and innovation performance. The research conclusion deepens the research on the effect of the enterprise innovation performance and provides a new way of thinking the development of high-tech enterprises of Zhejiang province, which has a certain positive effect on both theory and practice aspects.
