| In the fierce market competition, the competitiveness is the key to the success of innovative enterprises to win. Cultivation and promotion of innovative enterprises competitiveness must be based on a profound understanding of mechanism of it and accurate assessment of it. It is necessary to do system analysis on the formation mechanism of innovative enterprise competitiveness, and establish a set of evaluation index system and evaluation model of innovative enterprise competitiveness. However, research on the innovative enterprises competitiveness is still in the initial stage, but the influencing factors of the innovative enterprise competitiveness and its formation mechanism is still lack of comprehensive and profound understanding. Also a set of complete and suitable for extension evaluation system is lack. Therefore, in order to foster and enhance the innovative enterprises competitiveness, it is very urgent to explore the formation mechanism of innovative enterprise competitiveness and to construct a set of scientific evaluation system for the innovation enterprise competitiveness.In this paper, through combing the related concept of innovative enterprises and innovative enterprises competitiveness and its characteristics, in the theory of technology innovation, enterprise competitiveness theory as a guide, using system dynamics and structural equation methods, taking the innovative enterprises in Shandong Province as an example, we analyzed the influence of strategy innovation, technology innovation, brand innovation, mechanism innovation, business model innovation, cultural innovation and other six factors (subsystem) on the innovative enterprises competitiveness. Also we expounded the formation mechanism of innovative enterprise competitiveness. On this basis, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of the innovative enterprise competitiveness including the enterprises strategy innovation of six first class indexes and strategic innovation orientation and implementation of 37 second level indexes. We determined the weight of the indexes by using entropy weight coefficient method, and constructed the evaluation model with the grey system evaluation. Using the model to evaluate the competitiveness of innovative enterprises in Shandong Province, we found that the overall competitiveness of the innovative enterprises in Shandong province is in the middle level. The effectiveness of strategy innovation and brand innovation results significantly. The cultural concept innovation is more excellent. The technological innovation and institutional innovation is in the medium level. But the business model innovation is lagging behind. In order to enhance the competitiveness of innovative enterprises in Shandong Province, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in six aspects:improving the security level of the strategy innovation of innovative enterprises, achieving industrial innovation chain dynamic development of the enterprise technology innovation, cultivating the ability of independent innovation of the enterprise brand innovation, implementing the network collaborative development of enterprise system innovation, upgrading the industrial restructuring of the business model innovation, and highlighting the core values of the enterprise culture innovation. |
