China’s Internet growing fastly in recently years. under this background, Network consumption,as a kind of consumption based on internet, get rapid development.In 2013, citizens involved in the network consumption has reached 302 million, an increase of 59.87 million over the previous year, growth rate of 24.7%。The amount of consumption reached 1.8 trillion, Internet users online usage reached to 48.9% from 42.9%.This means that every one of two netizens has involved in network consumption. Universal, popularization of the network and improved individual amount of Internet shopping makes the prospect of China’s online consumption enormously.There is a reciprocal substitute relationship between tradition consumption and network consumption, so the network can not only to the network consumption theory complement this emerging things, but also is beneficial to the merchants in operator transformation of traditional consumption, the traditional retail trade has important guiding significance.Network rapid popularization of Internet consumption development has laid a good market foundation, the prospect of China’s network consumption is full of expectations, but at the same time, there are many problems of development and also the bottleneck, such as the well-known network security, network consumption credit problems, government regulation, as well as the safety of the funds to pay problems, therefore, can say Chinese network consumption opportunities and challenges exist at the same time. If you can better solve these problems, the government, consumers and businesses is a pareto improvement, also conducive to China’s social and economic sustainable development. This article is from the concept of network consumption first, to define the scope of Internet consumption, in this paper, the network consumption refers to the concept of chivalrous, mainly includes the financial e-commerce, information retrieval and the Internet, and then analyses the present situation and the development of the development of Chinese network some problems in the process, from the theoretical and empirical aspects of a comprehensive analysis is made on China’s Internet consumption. In terms of empirical analysis, the data is given in this paper, use the entire China’s network consumption data, given the strength is limited, can’t for extensive market research, this paper selected the Chinese bureau of statistics web site and Internet shopping research statistics, for some but need to use the default data, this paper using the method of smoothing coefficient has carried on the proper modification and supplement. In the selection of data, mainly in the consumer price index, number of Internet users, Internet time, website, etc, adopt the method of stepwise regression in eviews7.0, find the key factors that affect China’s online consumption gradually, and finally, the author will for the return of the results obtained from the eviews7.0 statistical software combined with its economic meaning to explain and analyze., of course, every economics conclusions obtained can’t rely on data analysis, thus the author finally combining empirical analysis conclusion of this article and the Chinese economy, the development of China’s network consumption is put forward for the government, consumers, different point of view of e-commerce enterprises more feasible Suggestions.
