The Study On The Party’s Organization Construction In Non-local Chambers Of Commerce

With the development of market economy and the differentiation and reconstruction of social interest became sharp and complicate, many new agencies appeared in economic and social field. These new agencies especial the non-local chamber of Commerce brought new problems and challenges to the Party’s leadership. The thesis based on the rule and theory of the Party’s basic level organization construction and study a Wenzhou non-local chamber of Commerce in Changsha as a case by exploring its character, main problems and solutions. The author try to find out an effective way for Chinese Communist Party to guarantee its leadership to these new organizations.Firstly, the thesis studies the organization construction of the non-local chamber of Commerce in theoretical aspect and concludes the universality and individuality of the non-local chamber of Commerce and its historical role. Secondly, the thesis indicates the achievements and meaning of the organization construction of the non-local chamber of Commerce and examines the problems, that is, 1)the role of the organization construction of the non-local chamber of Commerce is not clear; 2)the membership function of the organization construction of the non-local chamber of Commerce; 3) the organization construction of the non-local chamber of Commerce do not work well; 4) the organization construction of the non-local chamber of Commerce is not mature. Finally, the author points out that it is necessary to 1)clarify the role of the organization construction of the non-local chamber of Commerce; 2) improve the management system of the non-local chamber of Commerce; 3) find out an effective way to make the non-local chamber of Commerce work well; 4)strengthen the organization construction of the non-local chamber of Commerce by itself.
