The Research On Construction Technology About Intensive Management In Luqiao North Company

With the social progress, economic development and economic globalization speeding up, the construction industry which is the basis for economic development is also developed rapidly. The highway construction is surging and a large number of construction teams are joining in the intensified competition in the industry, which makes the construction industry face many challenges. In order to adapt to the change of market environment, including enhance their ability of competition, provide economic benefit and efficiency, and realize the sustainable development of the company, enterprises must focus on all aspects of the resources of intensive management, in which the construction technology of intensive management to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and win the advantage in the competition play an important role. This article takes the Luqiao north company as the research object, and analysis the current situation and existing problems of its intensive management of the construction technology, using the method of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to discuss the environment of promoting construction technology intensive management, and puts forward the concrete thinking and the overall goal of the intensive management. We strive for a breakthrough in the construction technology of intensive management, and analyze its effect to ensure the feasibility of the research content in this paper.Firstly, the research background and research significance of the construction technology in intensive management were briefly introduced, and the general situation of the research results at home and abroad about construction technology intensive management were analyzed; next to the intensive management and technology intensive management concepts and related theories, we provide certain theoretical support for the research of this article. Secondly, we introduce the status quo of the construction technology intensive management in the Luqiao north company and the problems that need to be solved in the construction technology of intensive management. To solve these problems and the results of the analysis, on the basis of system construction analysis of the technology intensive management, including the environmental analysis, general idea analysis and development target analysis, we put forward the method to advance construction technology intensive management, namely the Personnel intensive, Scheme intensive, technology intensive and management intensive. We also analyze the effect of its implementation to ensure the feasibility of the research topic. Finally, according to the effect of the implement, we further propose technical improvement measures of intensive management and the promotion plan.In this paper, it is concluded that a set of effective method in Luqiao north company proceed with the construction technology of intensive management, not only to carry out a major guiding significance for the construction technology about the intensive management in Luqiao north company, but also provide certain reference and example for other companies to promote construction technology intensive management work.
