Research On Financial Cooperation Of Bohai Rim Region

Bohai Rim region, with its strong economic basement, excellent regional location and unique supporting role, is at a critical stage of development of economic restructuring, and has become one of the most promising new economic growth pole. However, due to differences in many aspects, the role of optimizing of the Bohai Rim regional financial cooperation has not been fully played out, irrational allocation of resources within the regional finance a certain extent, affected the various economic and social development of the subject. How to build Bohai regional financial development supporting system, establish the coordination mechanisms adapted to the engine of regional economic growth, achieve the development of regional economic and financial integration, all of these become the problems Bohai economic zone currently facing, which is the starting pointing of this article.Firstly, the research reviews the current research about regional financial corporation, and consolidates related financial corporation theory, analyze the basic characteristic and operation mechanism of corporation, and put forward research propositions of this article. Secondly, the research comparatively analyzes the level of the economic and financial development, and carries out to explore the status of regional financial cooperation, finds that the difference among intra-regional provinces is prominent, and compared with Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, there’s still a gap in the Bohai Rim; influenced by the uneven development of economy and finance, the degree of regional financial cooperation is insufficient. Thirdly, the article builds a structure equation model according to data of Bohai Rim, and conduct empirical analysis of regional financial co-factors and path coefficients. The results show that the Bohai region’s economic development and financial development are the basis for regional financial cooperation, by a different mode of action, the former includes the direct and indirect effects, the latter only has an indirect effect; Bohai Rim regional financial cooperation can effectively promote regional economic and financial development, the main path is to influence the financial development directly, then have an impact on economic development. Finally, based on comparative and empirical analysis, combined with status of financial cooperation, put forward recommendations to establish a supporting system for financial development and build coordination mechanisms for financial cooperation of Bohai Rim region.
