Research On Bohai Rim Regional Economy Intergration

The Bohai economic circle since the advent in the1980s, after nearly30years ofdevelopment, has become one of the most intensive industrial base and abundant region ofChina. In the21st century, Bohai economic circle who has location advantages, politicaland cultural advantages,strong industrial base, advanced technology equipment and strongR&D qualities has become the third growth pole of economic development in China afterthe Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta.Bohai Economic Rim radiates the most partof China, forming a three-dimensional transportation network connecting all over thecountry.It is the port of the northeast, north, northwest and eastern parts. Acceleratingregional economic integration process in Bohai is consistent with the regional economicdevelopment ragularity, which has important effect in coordinating the China regional anddevelopment of the East, Midwest and Northeast.Fistly,I research the basis of regional economic integration theory, and then analysisthe accordance of the Bohai Economic Rim regional economic integration dependinglocation theory, regional economic growth pole theory and the theory of regionalcooperation. In the third part,I point out the current economic situation of the BohaiEconomic Rim and the needs of the Bohai Economic Rim regional economic integrationafter using camparariveand analysis method.I use principal component methods toquantitative analysis the city’s comprehensive strength with selecting the basic economicindicators of the major cities of the Bohai economic circle of Shanghai, Guangzhou in thefourth part.The Bohai Economic Rim regional economic integration is in the low level inChina’s three major economic circles compareing the sore of the major cities in Bohaieconomic circle with Shanghai, Guangzhou.The fifth part of the article points out that thefactors such as dministrative division of the Bohai Sea economic circle serious lack ofeffective coordination mechanisms with a high proportion of state-owned economy, theweak market and the unknown core city directly result the lag of the level of regionaleconomic integration.Lastly,I put forward policy proposals to promote regional economicintegration of the Bohai Economic Rim from the government, market, industry, planning,transportation in this paper and the core city.
