The number and size of foreign-funded enterprises in China have reached a certain level, then how to build a better foreign-funded corporate culture and to form the core competitiveness of enterprise becomes one of focus on seeking for the development of foreign-funded enterprise. New media, on the basis of digital information technology, has brought challenges and opportunities to the construction of corporate culture on its own advantages. How to make a better use of new media to construct corporate culture becomes an important task.Based on theory research, practical investigation and statistical analysis, this paper is to study the foreign-funded corporate culture on new media, and to establish a corresponding evaluation system which is used to promote the construction and to provide a basis and reference for foreign-funded corporate culture in the new media era.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is called introduction. It starts from the description and analysis of the present development situation of foreign capital enterprise, then analyzes the research background and significance of the article, giving a general introduction on the overall framework of this paper. The second chapter is called the construction of foreign-funded corporate culture based on new media. It provides the theoretical basis for further study by making clear concepts of new media and corporate culture, and by summarizing the influence factors of foreign-funded corporate culture and the present situation of foreign-funded corporate culture based on new media and the opportunities and challenges new media brings to corporate culture. The third chapter is called the construction of evaluation system of foreign-funded corporate culture based on new media. This part is to build an evaluation index system suiting for foreign-funded corporate culture from the references research, and according to the factors and own development needs of foreign enterprise, combining the feature of new media and the strict screening. The fourth chapter is called the practical study of the evaluation index system. This article chooses a foreign enterprise called Yanfeng Visteon technology Co., LTD. as an example to verify the evaluation system by obtaining weights of each index through the AHP method and getting the data result through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The fifth chapter is called recommends and suggestions on foreign-funded corporate culture construction. It mainly talks about the problems appear in the corporate culture and make some suggestions of how to improve foreign enterprise culture. The sixth chapter is called conclusion and prospect, it’s the summary of this paper.
