A Research On The Basis Of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements And The Economic Effect On China

With the further development of economic globalization, trade liberalization has become a trend, the WTO that advocates global trade liberalization is restricted by many factors,so most of the countries begin to participate in regional economic cooperation,Regional economic integration become a new choice of trade liberalization.The internal between countries and even across five continents between countries has established a variety of forms of regional economic integration organizations,such as free trade area, customs union, and the common market. In Europe,there is the highest degree integration economies EU.in North America,developed countries and developing countries have formed a model of free trade area,the north American free trade area. South American,have common market of South America.Though in Asia, the ASEAN free trade area contains 10 countries, But there is no a economic integration organization contains most of the Asia countries. Especially in the east Asia contains the world’s second economy Japan,developed South Korea, China and India,there is no a economic integration organization.Regional comprehensive economic partnership agreements (including ASEAN, China, Japan, South Korea, India and Australia, the Australian and New Zealand, it will be the biggest Free Trade Area in world.Broad prospects for economic development, and huge market capacity will further promote the economic development of countries and the whole area.In this paper, we adopted the combination of economic theory and empirical data analysis method. Using TCD and TCI methods to analyze the regional economic and trade cooperation between the countries in the reality of agreement. From empirical data,higher proportion of trade inside region, close trade collection degree and strong trade complementarity is the basis of establishment of FTA.By the combination of theory and practice to find the factors that hind the promotion of RCEP. Political friction between the agreements, the differences between the national economic development level and regional external restriction are the main factors that hind the promotion of agreement.Then from the result of establish free trade area,the static effect and dynamic effect may have what kind of effect on China after the establishment of RCEP. Finally put forward suggestions that China have to do in the process of regional comprehensive economic partnership agreements.
