Development And Use Of MSEs’ Credit Rating Model

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) had made a great contribution to China’s economic development and improving people’s livehood.They play a decisive role in the national economy.. But the financing difficulties of SMEs is indeed an indisputable fact, the reason is commercial banks’s credit rating of SMEs Jmproving SME’s credit rating method is an important way to solve their credit problem.Whether SMEs credit rating system is designed reasonable or not directly affect the ability of the SME credit rating resules reflecting the credit status of its ability While China’s current rating indexs are not specifically created for SMEs, leading that SMEs can not get objective reflection of their credit situation. On the basis of the fully study of the actual situation of SMEs,the article combines qualitative method with quantitative method, and finally establishs the SME credit rating system.AHP method is easy to operate, combines both qualitative and quantitative method, and applys to the SMEs credit rating system. So this article uses the AHP method to determine the weight of each index in the model, Through ranking the importance of various indicators and construct judgment matrix,the article obtained the weights of indexs in credit rating model, and establish a linear weighted credit rating model. After obtaining evaluation results of the model,the article also selects a SMEs case to emperically test the rating model and test its accuracy, validity and feasibility. In the end, the article makes some policy suggestions that can help government departments to effectively promote this credit rating model to help SMEs get true and accurate ratings and effectively solve financing difficulties of SMEs.
