With the development of science and technology and progress of social civilization, individual work within the enterprise created achievements hardly satisfied the company in an impregnable position in today’s rapidly changing society. Enterprise also has been integrated into to team as the basic unit of organization. So how to improve the efficiency of the team and consequently to improve the effectiveness of the whole enterprise efficiency becomes increasingly important. As the mature of business administration team task reflexivity undertake a more important role. The purpose of this thesis is to discuss how to increase the effectiveness of team so as to provide meaningful reference for enterprise management in order to improve group efficiency. By understanding the related research of previous survey, this thesis decided to start with team task reflexivity, to study the impact of team task reflexivity on different dimensions of team effectiveness further. At the same time from the perspective of various conflict management strategies to moderate the impact between team task reflexivity and team effectiveness.In this thesis, by understanding all kinds of research results of other scholars then I put forward my own assumptions and using questionnaire survey of empirical research methods to test and verify the hypothesis. The object industry of this research including banking, insurance, manufacturing, construction enterprises and contains different kinds of teams in it. We distribute 150 questionnaires to 23 teams, and study the impact between team task reflexivity, team effectiveness, conflict management strategies through empirical research. Provide correct business administration methods for company and has the practical significance. We using SPSS 19.0 to analyzing the collect data and verify the hypothesis as follows:(1) Team task reflexivity has a positive impact on team effectivenes, and have positive impact on team performance as well as member satisfaction(2) Conflict management strategies moderate the impact between team task reflexivity and team effectiveness① Collaborative conflict management strategy positively moderate the impact between team task reflexivity and team effectiveness.② Competitive conflict management strategy negatively moderate the impact between team task reflexivity and team effectiveness.③ Avoidant conflict management strategy negatively moderate the impact between team task reflexivity and team effectiveness.
