Today,at the age of knowledge,how to build high-performance teams attracted researchers' attention.Team members are individual differences in many aspects of their perception of the problem caused by different tasks can easily lead to conflict in the team.The so-called team task conflict,refers to a team,the team members have different views on the work content or ideas,which led to tensions and worries among team members.Affecting Team task conflict on team performance is not entirely negative,some task conflict can inspire innovative ideas of team members,but more or less will affect the emotional feelings among team members.Therefore,research the relationship and impact mechanism between the team task conflict and team performance becomes more important.Reviewed the past related literature,found that there is no uniform conclusion about the impact of team conflict on team performance.And what role do team leadership style paly between the relationship of task conflict and team effectiveness are worthy of further study.With the above problems,this paper constructs the relational model and research hypotheses research variables,from team-level to study the relations of team task conflict,team leadership style and team effectiveness.In this study,studied the R&D team as the main object,used previous studies' maturity scale,surveyed team of 68 samples through questionnaires.Integrated tested teams' individual-level data into the team-level data to analysis the data,and used statistical software SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0 to test the hypothesis,finally concluded following main conclusions.(1)Team task conflict has a significant impact on the team effectiveness,the team task conflict positively affect team task performance,but negatively affect team members satisfaction.(2)Transformational leadership' dimensions significantly positively affect team effectiveness.Paternalistic leadership' dimensions,the significant influence of authoritarian leadership on task performance has not been verified,the significant influence of the other two dimensions on task performance and team member satisfaction have received empirical support.(3)Transformational leadership and paternalistic leadership paly a regulatory role between the relationship of team task conflict and team performance partially verified.Vision,Individualized care,Charisma positively regulates the relationship of team task conflict and team task performance,and Moral leadership,Individualized care,Charisma negatively regulate the relationship of team conflict and team members satisfaction.Benevolent and Authoritarian leadership plays a regulatory role on the relationship of team task conflict and team task performance,Benevolent and Moral leadership plays a regulatory role on the relationship of task team conflict and team member satisfaction;Regulated effect of other variables is not significant.
