With the continuous development of the information age and the improvement of economic system reform,the development environment faced by enterprises has also been different from the past.Under the backdrop of this ever-changing external environment and business model,it is particularly important for companies to adapt to the development of the times.As one of the enterprise management tools,performance evaluation helps enterprises establish a restraint mechanism and give enterprises a direction of business management.A company should establish a scientific and rational performance evaluation system for its own long-term development.At present,the overwhelming majority of corporate performance evaluation cannot grasp the strategic development direction of the enterprise as a whole and is not conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,this limited performance evaluation system can no longer help companies face diversified market changes.This thesis introduces the performance prism model,which is a performance evaluation model based on the stakeholder idea.Y-auto parts company,a typical small and medium-sized auto parts company is used as a case enterprise,and a new performance evaluation system is established for the specific situation of Y auto parts company.This article draws on Chinese and foreign scholars' research on the performance prism theory,and makes an in-depth analysis of the Y company's current performance evaluation methods,performance evaluation procedures,and performance evaluation standards,and finds that Y company has performance evaluation standards that are not scientific and do not fully consider all benefits.Related issues and other issues,analysis of this phenomenon is caused by managers lack of performance evaluation ideas,the lack of comprehensive indicator design and other reasons,which proves the applicability of Y company to establish a performance evaluation system based on the performance of the prism model.Based on the establishment of Y company's main stakeholders,set up a representative performance evaluation index for each stakeholder entity from the five dimensions of the prism model,and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights for them.When indicators and qualitative indicators are standardized and standardized,this paper adopts a combination of efficacy coefficient method,questionnaire survey,and expert scoring to obtain evaluation scores,and establishes a brand new performance evaluation index system for Y Company and applies it to Y Company.In order to ensure that the performance prism model can guarantee the long-term effective implementation of company Y,this new method will enhance the company's performance evaluation level,strengthen Y company's strength,and prove the superiority of this method,and for other industries Enterprises provide experience for reference.
