| In the recent years, with the promotion of “go oversea†strategy Chinese enterprises have speed up the investment to overseas countries. The foreign investment is increasing quickly. However in the international market where the political or economic situation can change dramatically more and more uncontrolled events happen, there are many risks when Chinese enterprises invest overseas, due to the risk Chinese enterprises are suffering a lot of losses.This article,with the company HTT as study subject, elaborates in details the different risks that Chinese enterprise will face when investing overseas and also analyze the reasons of such risk.
