Study On The Promotion Of Technical Capacity Of Agricultural Leading Enterprise In Fengyang

The leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization is the basic to achieve agricultural industrialization, is the backbone of agricultural modernization and economic of china, and a strong pillar of the development of local economy. The technical capacity of agricultural leading enterprises is the basis for its technical innovation, and technical innovation is an effective means to improve its market competitiveness. On the state of the technical capacity of agricultural leading enterprises in Fengyang, although it gets a comprehensive and effective improvement in recent years, from the overall level, there are still major problems in the process of upgrading technological capabilities and caused serious obstacles to the the development and implementation of agricultural industrialization. Therefore, the agricultural enterprises we must solve the problems in the process of development, and provide viable solutions to achieve effective upgrade of the technical ability of the enterprise.Based on conducting surveys in 33 agricultural enterprises in Fengyang, this study researches the process and status of promotion of the technical capacity of agricultural leading enterprises in the past three years, and combined with Fengyang County policy analysizes the state of the agricultural leading enterprise to enhance the echnical capacity. This research finds some problems including shortage of funds, financing difficulties, poor techniques, no scientific sense, etc. This paper brings out some solutions just like increasing the financing, introduction of talents, strengthen research efforts and so on. In the course of the research, the paper takes the only national agricultural leading enterprises in Fengyang --- Anhui Bao Feng Foodstuffs (Group) Co., Ltd as example and make a deep analysis about the promotion of the technological capabilities of enterprises.
