Analysis Of The Benefit Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Leading Agricultural Enterprises

This study is based on the production and operation data of shandong provincial lea ding enterprises in 2014 and 2015.Factor analysis was used to evaluate the competitiven ess of leading agricultural enterprises in shandong province.The technical efficiency of l eading enterprises in shandong province was evaluated by using BCC analysis method of three-stage DEA model.Finally,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the factors inf luencing enterprise efficiency by dea-tobit analysis.Therefore,through the above three ste ps to achieve the research goal.In the first stage,this part,based on the financial data of leading enterprises in sha ndong province in 2014 and 2015,and uses the factor analysis method to reduce the di mension of 20 indicator variables reflecting the business performance of enterprises.The management performance of leading enterprises was comprehensively evaluated by extract ing public factors.On this basis,the comprehensive scores of 394 leading enterprises in shandong province were ranked.The study found that 58.63% of the leading enterprises had negative comprehensive scores.It indicates that most leading enterprises have poor o perating results.The comprehensive score set is distributed between-0.25 and 025,and it indicates that most leading enterprises in shandong province have weak competitiveness.In the second stage,the three-stage DEA model is used to analyze the technical effi ciency of leading enterprises.The research shows that after the adjustment of input varia bles,the pure technical efficiency of leading enterprises is generally increased.The scale efficiency decreased to a large extent.Consequently,the efficiency of comprehensive tech nology is reduced to some extent.In general,the comprehensive technical efficiency of s handong leading enterprises is low.Most enterprises are in the stage of increasing returns on scale.The low level of scale efficiency is the main reason for the low overall effici ency.The comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficienc y of sample leading enterprises differ greatly,and the development level is uneven.In the third stage,the operation efficiency of sample leading enterprises was evaluat ed by dea-tobit two-stage analysis.The research results show that: taking the profit marg in of main business,return on net assets and profit margin of total assets as output indi cators,with total asset turnover,current asset turnover,asset-liability ratio,current ratio,quick ratio,inventory turnover,accounts receivable turnover,and shareholders' equity than eight relative variables as input indexes.The measurement results show that the compre hensive technical efficiency and scale efficiency of leading enterprises are low.And most enterprises are in the stage of increasing returns on scale.The main reason for the low overall operating efficiency of leading enterprises is the inefficiency of scale efficiency.T herefore,at present,scale is still the main factor restricting the development of leading e nterprises.On this basis,an empirical study on the relationship between efficiency score and influencing factors of leading enterprises was carried out using the limited dependent variable Tobit model.The research results show that the management level,research inv estment and scale level of leading enterprises significantly influence the efficiency level o f enterprises.
