Especially since twenty-first Century, the knowledge staff is to become the main driving force of growth of enterprises. Given the low level of emp loyees and the importance of enterprise employee well-being, in this study, well-being questionnaire as a research tool, using SPSS software for statistical analys is on the investigation results, examines the gender, marriage, age, working years, the nature of enterprise, income and other multi-dimensional impact factors on the enterprise employee well-being based on the discussion, and the results are given, enhance the level of employee well-being policy recommendations.The results of this study can be divided into three parts:(1) research to comb the literature of happiness, a clear sense of happiness concept, reason, influence happiness happiness happiness related theory, measurement, well-being factors, to provide the theoretical support for the follow-up study.(2) to the current mature well-being questionnaire revised, forming an investigation tool in this research, and the recovery of the data reliab ility and valid ity of the questionnaire, the study were verified by the age of eight descriptive variables on enterprise employee well-being, and through correlation analys is, discusses the relationship between health state between the six dimensions and happiness.
