In recent years,the Internet industry has been developing rapidly with the continuous promotion of large data technology and the cross-border integration of the "Internet +traditional industry".The rapid growth of Internet users has further contributed to the development of the Internet industry,and also attracted a large number of young and energetic new generation of employees to join them.But because of the special work environment of the Internet industry and the special characteristics of the new generation employees,they have excessive pressure and downturn work mood,the issues of frequent loss and low work happiness emerges.The emergence of these problems not only endanger the staff’s physical and mental health and career development,but also bring huge losses to the enterprise.It has become an important goal of modern human resources management that how to improve the work happiness of employees,improve their work efficiency from the point of view of the enterprise.Based on the background and purpose of the research,this paper summarizes the research results,the influencing factors and the evaluation methods of the well-being at home and abroad of the new generation employees and determines the research ideas and the research methods.This paper elaborates the conceptual definition of the Internet enterprise and the new generation employees,the connotation of happiness and the theory of happiness and provides the necessary research basis for the follow-up research.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.First of all,set up the questionnaire with 24 questions of new generation employees’ work happiness in the Internet enterprise through the analysis of the literature and combined with the actual situation of the new generation employees of Internet enterprises,make a factor analysis through the SPSS software on the survey data,and get five main influencing factors that affect the work happiness of the new generation employees of Internet enterprises,and construct the evaluation index system of work happiness of the new generation employees of Internet enterprises.Then use the AMOS software and the model of SEM to further analyze the influencing factors of the work happiness of the new generation employees of Internet enterprises.And the standardized path coefficient and the factor matrix of the factor analysis are used to determine the weight of each index of the evaluation index system of work happiness of the new generation employees of Internet enterprises,and the work happiness index of the new generation employees of the Internet enterprise is obtained by the comprehensive index method and used in W company.Finally,put up the corresponding strategies to improve the work happiness of the new generation employees of Internet enterprises according to the results of the analysis.
