With the development of world economy and the science, the competition of global market become more and more intensely, in order to capture market, the operation of the companies need to focus on the quality, improve product quality, with product quality as a weapon of competing for the market, to meet the needs of customers’ increasingly demanding quality.This thesis first introduces the status quo and development trend of ceramic tile inkjet printing industry, secondly, on the basis of the basic theory of quality management, detailed analysis the current situation of F Company’s quality management and facing problems. Among them, the process control of raw materials, product quality control in the process of production and customer complaint handling process are the biggest problems in F Company’s. By introducing the process capability analysis, to strengthen the quality control of raw materials; Use statistical process control(SPC) in the product production stage, to monitor the quality of the product, to make early warning in the process of production of abnormal trend, so that managers can take timely measures to eliminate the abnormal, to resume production; Introduction of 8D, the new handle customer complaint process, to improve the efficiency of customer complaint handling, and can discover the real reason of abnormal quality, improve in time, avoid similar customer complaint happen again.By improving measures, the quality of products is better than before, the customer complaints is much lower, improve customer satisfaction, achieved good effect.
