According to Entrepreneurial Social Capital Theory, the entrepreneurial social capital is the most important factor in forming and maintaining the competitive advantage to improve enterprises performance. And few researches explain how the enterprise performance improves through entrepreneurial social capital. From what has been discussed, this study attempts to prove that entrepreneurs obtain resources by entrepreneurial social capitals, and then take use of dynamic capabilities to transform individual resources into organizational resources to promote the enterprise performance. Therefore, the analysis on relationship among the three is worth studying.Based on the public data of high-tech listed corporation, this research synthesizes the relationship among the three parts by empirical analysis. The result shows that the entrepreneur’s political capital, market capital and personal reputation has positive effect on dynamic capability and enterprise performance, but entrepreneur’s personal initiative has no significant effect on dynamic capability and enterprise performance; However, the entrepreneurial social capital can effectively promote corporate performance while dynamic capability is considered as intermediary variable.
