In this paper, on the basis of the tourism safety management related theory research, to guilin scenic area as an example, the first detailed from the macroscopic management, safety management institutions, supporting measures such as Angle analysis of the current situation of guilin tourism safety management; And then analyzes the main problems of guilin tourism safety management and their causes, including government function positioning is not clear, tourist safety cognitive science, management and control, etc.; Finally optimization methods and countermeasures of guilin tourism safety management on the specific 2discussion, thought the region to gradually improve the system of the scenic area construction, give play to the role of government in the process of tourism security management, scenic spot to build tourism safety management of prevention and control system at the same time, do a good job in tourism safety accidents in advance, matter and afterwards control work, so as to continuously improve the level of the region’s tourism safety management.Paper is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is introduction, mainly analyzed in this paper, the research background, research significance, research contents and research methods, research train of thought.Chapter 2:for the domestic and foreign research present situation and the theory basis, through analysis and research think domestic study of tourism safety is still in the initial exploration stage, the research works and scattered, less involved in narrow field, research focuses on hotel security and travel insurance, etc. Tourism is a new growth point of national economy in our country, play an important role in the social economy. But, at present the academic circles the research of tourism safety management system and mechanism is also very weak. Generally speaking, domestic scholars study of tourism security is weak, many studies from the perspective of industry management, and stay at the operating level, system theory analysis and interdisciplinary research is less.The third chapter:to guilin tourism safety management present situation analysis, the current guilin, yangshuo, lijiang river of dragon ridge, in a river, such as the big banyan tree scenic area take the initiative to do safety management work, there is no significant safety accident temporarily, but in each scenic area, internal injuries events have occurred, in the face of such event, the safety status of things constantly, various scenic spots to strengthen security management and protection, reduce all kinds of losses is imminent. For the safety of the scenic area management issues, guilin no more specific laws and regulations.The fourth chapter:to guilin tourism main problems of safety management, from the government, the scenic spot, the tourists, residents and so on four aspects, including the government’s regulatory mechanism in guilin, and regulators can’t well adapt to the needs of the development of tourism market.
